Our Famous “INTRO” Program

At Academy Soma, we begin each prospective student with our now famous “INTRO” program. This INTRO, or introduction, takes our new potential students through 2 classes. The first class is a 1 on 1, personal training session with an instructor. Next will be an actual group class so you can put the information you just learned to the test. The cost of this INTRO is only $25 and is a great way to “sample” or “audition” our program with no commitment or tuition investment. All the student needs for the class is a t-shirt and shorts. Intros may be scheduled at your convenience.

PRIVATE CLASSES AVAILABLE- This is a great way to personalize your training experience. (This can be for current students wishing to accelerate their learning or for first time students lacking the time to attend group classes.)

GROUP SELF-DEFENSE CLASSES- We offer special classes for Military, Police, Sororities, Fraternities, Churches, Schools and other organizations interested in learning one of the most effective self-defense systems in the world, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.
